unit 2 - activity 3


Live chat is a really good feature that all websites and companies should and must have. It is really reliable for the customers and this means that you will be understand people better as they won’t have sharp accents or you can’t hear them as they are foreign.

It is a really quick way of communication as they can do what they need to do very quickly and efficiently.

I have been talking to people via this service for a long time and I think that it is really good. I use customer services a lot which this way of communicating is much more efficient than talking/ communicating via phone .

The only problem I can think of is that you might have to wait a while for the person to come into contact you as it is one to one conversation.
