ACTIVITY 14

When starting with the modern world as the homepage I find it very easy to go to the ‘personal computers and information network’ page due to the search button in the top right of the screen. This allows me to search up what I want very easily and efficient. This reduces the time it takes me to do so and is very effective.
Without this feature I feel that it would be quite difficult, not impossible, but quite difficult as the way you choose what you look at isn’t that great.
The thing that I do not like about it is that it doesn’t have many ‘related links’ on each page. I want these as I can them look up something randomly because if I haven’t heard of it, I can’t therefore look it up. This then limits my understanding of what I want to know.
Apart from that, I think that it fits its purpose very well as it tells people about what they want to know, with pictures, and with a lot of detail and information. It also tells you, if you want to go to the museum, how long the tour of what you are looking at is going to be, as well as the cost of the tour and when it is available. This will entice people to come as the site has answers to most of the questions that you would want to know.
